Razertip Pen have fluted barrels which is a tremendous feature that you will love! Each pen, whether the Standard, Heavy-Duty or Interchangeable, has a fluted barrel which permits the free flow of air. Consequently the pens runs cooler and is more comfortable to hold.
Razertip Pen Styles
Razertip’s standard pyrography pens are the smallest, most versatile pens made.
The fixed-tip heavy-duty pyrography pens will take punishment like no other.
The BPH Interchangeable-tip heavy duty pen allows you to buy those “lesser-used tips only” rather than buying an entire pen. In addition, you also to make your own custom tips.
All Razertip pyrography pens carry a full one year unconditional warranty (including fixed tips). In addition, adapter cords are available to fit Razertip pens on other makes of wood burners.

Standard Fixed-tip Pen
Available with your choice of hundreds of different tip types. Razertip pyrography pens have set the standard worldwide. Their standard pens are the smallest, most comfortable pens made today. Therefore they are ideal for any application where fine detail is desirable.
Heavy-Duty Fixed-tip Pen
With a larger pen body the heavy duty pyrography pens are built for maximum durability. They have heavier connector posts and heavier tips. Heavy duty pens require a higher heat setting than most standard pens and are best used with a heavy-duty cord.
BPH (binding-post interchangeable-tip) Pen
Our Binding-post Interchangeable-tip Pen is the most versatile pen available. For those who want to make their own tips, they are Awesome! Yes, we have plain wire so you can do so. Excellent for those rarely used but still important tips. Furthermore, every pyrographer should have one of these in their toolbox!

Warranty and Repair
Razertip Pens and TipsOur tips are the most durable hot-wire tips you can buy. In spite of that, it is possible for them to break or wear out. We do replace broken or worn out tips. Simply slide off the foam grip and mail the pen to us in a small padded envelope between 2 pieces of thin cardboard. Mail costs should be very nominal (Canada and US) if you take the grip off. If you bought the pen from us and it is less than a year old, tell us so and we will replace the tip at no charge. If it is over a year old, the tip replacement charge for a Razertip® pen is only $10.00 including return postage! Please include payment - check or Visa / MasterCard information with the pen. Razertip Interchangeable Binding Post Pen
Razertip Pens and TipsVersatile: Make your own tips from almost any heating wire! Accepts almost any thickness of tip wire from 16-22 ga. as well as most Razertip® tips. You can even mount two tips in the head at the same time for double-line burning (HD cord recommended; higher heat setting required). Dependable: Stainless-steel binding-post screws hold your tip wire securely against a double-slotted stainless-steel nut that is easily tightened with a small slot screwdriver. The screw can be removed to facilitate cleaning when necessary. Comfortable: The binding-post screws and nuts on this pen act as an effective heatsink, slowing the transfer of heat from the tip into the pen body.
