These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as Flexcut gouges and chisels.  Furthermore, their comfortable curved ergonomic handle allow for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.  Each knife is constructed with an Ash handle in addition to a high carbon steel blade.  Because high carbon blades hold an edge extremely well, they are easily maintained by simple stropping. Our large collection of knives therefore give carvers a wide range of capabilities.
