The Arbortech Ball Gouge is a spherically shaped grinder attachment.  It can rapidly hollow small concave surfaces in woodworking projects.  It is designed to provide exceptional control, balance and performance for wood shaping and carving.

This 1  3/16″ (30mm) diameter ball-shaped cutter is ideal for hollowing wooden spoons.  In addition it will shape small bowls and is excellent for sculpting.  The Ball Gouge features Anti-Grab Technology, which helps preventing the tool from digging in.  It gently moves across a wooden surface, creating a chisel-like texture.  The tool has a unique ring-shaped cutter engineered to self-sharpen when in use.  Furthermore prolonging the life of the cutter to provide optimal value and durability.

Control:  The Ball Gouge has been engineered to provide exceptional control and balance.  It has Anti-Grab Technology which helps prevent it from digging into wood.  Therefore you have better control over the look and finish of your woodworking project.

Performance:  Designed to fit most standard 100mm (4″) or 115mm (4 1/2″) angle grinders.  The Ball Gouge can handle up to a speed of 12,000 RPM.  This consequently makes it an extremely efficient high performance tool.   The Ball Gouge has a replaceable cutter hence providing optimal value and durability.
