Eye Punches Woodcarving
Carving eyes prove to be challenging for most carvers, especially when beginning. However, if you get the eyes right, your carvings will jump to life with realism. Our eye punches were made to our exacting specifications by a tool manufacturer in the USA. They have a sharpened edge and concave center. Both round and oval shapes are available.
Easy and quick to use!
It is easy to make a perfect eye shape simply by pressing or tapping with hammer into socket area and presto, you have a perfect eye shape. The punches will require some final honing but after that is done they will hold their edge nicely. Use your v-tools and or veiners to complete the carving
