These sets, because they are Budget Priced, require a final honing or stropping before they are ready for use. And we do that for you!
You may find these tools offered by other retailers for less money. But we feel it is more important to offer you piece of mind knowing that when you receive your new tools, they will be ready-to-use. We take the time to do just that – sharpen, strop and polish each and every one of these tools before we ship them to you. The high carbon steel boasts a HRc60 hardness and will hold an edge for hours once we prepare them.
Two styles to choose from!
The Palm Style handles (approximately 5″ overall) are best for those holding the carving project in their hand. The Long Handle Style (approximately 6″ overall) is more suitable for relief carver where the project is laying on a table or workbench.
