All knives are made with O1 Tool Steel, precision cut with a water jet, and sharpened by hand. All handles are made from quality hard wood and individually shaped by hand.
A clear semi matt finish on the handle which still offers good grip capability and keeps the dirt away from staining the grain. Each handle has been branded with their attractive Badger State logo.

This series introduces knives made with two blade stock widths. You will find the tough series have sturdy blades with a blade width of 1/2″.  Allowing for heavy carving as the blade strength is significantly stronger than a knife with a narrow blade profile. If you have broke knife blades in the past….this is the knife for you to use on the heavy removal part of your project.

The detail line offers a more delicate blade width of 1/4″.   The narrow blade profile allows tighter radius cuts and maneuvers more easily in curves and in tighter, harder to reach areas. This size of blade also makes a great tool for details miniature products.
